Bundle and Booster Plan
1. What can I do if I have finished my data quota before my LIFE* Data Bundle Service Plan expires?
You may purchase a LIFE* Data Booster plan i.e. XLIFE*2, XLIFE*6 or XLIFE*10 via LIFE* app to top-up your data quota and continue to enjoy the services.

The prices for all LIFE Booster plans are subject to 6% SST for all foreigners only.
2. What if my LIFE* Data Service Bundle plan expires before the LIFE* data booster plan that I have purchased? May I continue consuming the data quota for LIFE* data booster plan?
No, the booster plan is aligned with Data Service Bundle validity.
3. Can I purchase different or multiple LIFE* Data Service Bundle plans in the same month?
You may purchase multiple LIFE* Data Service Bundle plans in a particular month. However, you can only enjoy the newly purchased plan in the following billing cycle once the old plan expires.
Please note that the validity of the data quota, voice, SMS and the access to the LIFE* Video content will be 30 days from the latest LIFE* Data Bundle Service Plan purchased. No stacking up of validity period for multiple purchases.
4. Can I purchase LIFE* Data Booster plan only without any LIFE* Data Service Bundle plan purchased?
No. You have to purchase the LIFE* Data Bundle Service Plan prior making any purchase of LIFE* Data Booster plan.
Your LIFE* Data Bundle Service Plan has to be active to be eligible for LIFE* Data Booster plan purchase.
5. Upon expiry of my LIFE* Data Bundle Service Plan, will it be auto renewed?
No. Once the LIFE* Data Bundle Service Plan expires, you will have to repurchase your preferred LIFE* Data Bundle Service Plan via LIFE*s app.
6. What are the normal call rates for voice and SMS?
The normal local On-net and Off-net call rate per minute is RM0.32 and RM0.15 per local SMS.
Please ensure your LIFE* Prepaid Plan has sufficient balance for the use the services.
