LIFE* Plan validity
1. What is the validity of LIFE* Prepaid Plan?
Upon registration, you will have 30 days active period to use LIFE* Data Bundle Services. After 30 days has lapsed, with zero credit top-up, your LIFE* prepaid will enter the barring stage. At the barring stage, you are only allowed to receive incoming calls and SMS for the next 30 days.
After barring, your LIFE* Prepaid Line will be suspended with no incoming or outgoing usage allowed. Your LIFE* Prepaid Line will be terminated on the next day if you fail to top-up your LIFE* Prepaid Plan.

2. What is the validity of LIFE* Data Bundle Service Plans of LIFE*28, LIFE*48 and LIFE*68?
The validity of all LIFE* Date Bundle Service Plans is 30 days upon purchase.
Once the validity has lapsed, you will have to reload by repurchasing the LIFE* Data Bundle Service Plan via LIFE*s app to continue to enjoy the services.
The prices for all LIFE* Data Bundle Service Plans are subject to 6% SST for all foreigners only.
