1. How can I reload my LIFE* Prepaid Mobile?
You may reload your LIFE* Prepaid Plan via LIFE*Telco app or through Digi’s nationwide channels. Relevant incentives will only be paid to those reloads done through LIFE*Telco app. Any reload payments done through third party channels are not eligible for LIFE* incentives. Please refer to the LIFE*Telco website (www.lifetelco.com.my) for more details on the incentives.
2. How do I check my LIFE prepaid mobile balance and LIFE Data Service Bundle quota balance?
You may login to LIFE*Telco app or use *128# to view the information required.
3. What happens when my LIFE Prepaid Mobile line is expired?
Once your LIFE* Prepaid Plan is terminated, you will not be able to use any LIFE* mobile services. You will need to sign up for a new LIFE* Prepaid Starter Pack with a new mobile number to continue to enjoy services.
