Can I port-in (MNP) my current mobile number from other telco to LifeTelco* Prepaid mobile?

Yes, you can apply port-in to LifeTelco* Prepaid Mobile with your existing MSISDN from your current service provider except for Digi or Digi Tone Wow mobile prepaid plan.

Can foreign passport holder use LifeTelco Services?

For foreign passport holders, there will be an additional 6% SST imposed on the total amount on top of to your LifeTelco* Prepaid Plan purchase.

Why is the LifeTelco* Plan Hassle-Free

Subscribers can collect their LifeTelco* sim card at the nearest LifeTelco* Reseller location OR opt for a home delivery via courier service.

What is LifeTelco* Bundle Services

LifeTelco* subscribers are able to access bundle services such as video contents via OWL a video platform and the Bush Club, a community gaming platform available on LifeTelco*.

What can I do if I have finished my data quota before my LifeTelco* Data Bundle Service Plan expires?

You may purchase a LifeTelco* Data Booster plan via LifeTelco* app to top-up your data quota and continue to enjoy the services.

How can I reload my LifeTelco* Prepaid Mobile?

You may reload your LifeTelco* Prepaid Plan via LifeTelco* app or through Digi’s nationwide channels. Relevant incentives will only be paid to those reloads done through LifeTelco* app.
